Summary: | Many MSMEs in Indonesia are unable to maintain or develop their businesses due to
limited business capital. These MSMEs do not have transaction records so they can
not make business capital loans to the bank. The existing transaction recording
applications mostly use a centralized system architecture which raises data integrity
problems. A centralized system cannot ensure that the data that has been stored in the
system cannot be changed, damaged, or even used by the owner of the centralized
system. There are also applications that take advantage of a distributed system,
namely blockchain such as Tokoin. In blockchain, data is stored in more than one
storage and data that has been stored cannot be changed anymore. However, the
system created by Tokoin has drawbacks, it cannot ensure that the input data by the
user is valid a transaction data. The transaction recording system will be implemented
with the Hyperledger Fabric, which is a permissioned blockchain and also has a smart
contract in it. The system is able to meet functional needs, the system provide
functionality such as data input of goods, buying goods, seeing a list of available,
sold, and purchased goods. The system also fulfills non-functional requirements, such
as data integrity, that is, stored data cannot be changed or damaged by unauthorized
party or undesired manners. |
