Sumedang is a city that is now often passed or a city as a connecting route between Bandung and Cirebon, therefore Sumedang is currently visited a lot even though it is just passing through, but surely there are those who stop in the city of Sumedang to just eat, rest or buy souvenirs. by Sumedang typical. At this time the city of Sumedang is still ordinary, not too famous and not too well known, but soon the city of Sumedang will become a dead city. What resulted in Sumedang becoming a dead city was the Bandung Cirebon toll road which is currently under construction. This toll road indeed makes access to Bandung Cirebon easier and there are also positive impacts to Sumedang, such as the absence of cargo trucks passing through Sumedang because there are already toll roads, and the congestion level of Sumedang will decrease. But from this positive thing has a big influence on the number of tourists or visitors who come to Sumedang. Because the term Sumedang as a connecting city can no longer be considered because of the toll road. And that raises the issue that Sumedang will become a dead city. From this, an idea or idea to create a project that can eliminate this issue is created. The project is to build a resort in the city of Sumedang. The resort solution was chosen as a solution to this issue because Sumedang is a city that has a lot of tourist attractions but only a few are taken care of and only a few outsiders know. Therefore, with the establishment of a resort that can manage tourist attractions in Sumedang, it can also increase Sumedang tourism, and Sumedang will also not become a dead city because many visitors go on vacation to Sumedang and stay at the resort. Another reason for choosing a resort is because Sumedang does not yet have a resort around Sumedang tourism.
