Summary:Students are a potential resource for the progress of the nation. The success of studies on campus is influenced by several factors, including self-management, the surrounding environment, external conditions, physical conditions, sports, and health. Diseases that are often suffered by students are gastrointestinal disorders and respiratory problems. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the pattern of disease incidence that is often suffered by ITB students. This research is a non-experimental qualitative study using a descriptive observational research design. This research was conducted retrospectively (using data from patients who visited the ITB Health Centre from January-March 2020) and the sampling was carried out by using the purposive sampling method. The instrument that used in this research was a questionnaire of quality of life, stress management and lifestyle that had been tested for validity and reliability. Based on the quality of life assessment (EQ-5D), 92.5% had no problems in walking and moving, 98.2% had no problems in self-care, 86.3% had no problems in the usual activities, 64.1% had no problems in pain/discomfort and 52.2% experienced moderate anxiety/depression problems. Based on Perceived Stress Scale Questionnaire, students experiencing moderate stress showed a high percentage for commoncold, dyspepsia, pharyngitis, gastritis and ISPA consecutively of 79.5%, 64.3%, 83.3%, 72%, and 86.7%. Based on lifestyle questionnaire, 86.3% of respondents had poor physical activity, 73% had poor diet and nutrition, 92.5% had poor health awareness, 73.9% had poor daily routine activity, and 71.2% had an unseral sleep pattern.
