ITF West Zone itself is planned to serve 7 districts in 2 cities, namely Cengkareng, Grogol Petamburan, Kalideres, Kebon Jeruk, Kembangan, Kebayoran Lama and Pesanggrahan with a total generation of 1,399.93 tons/day. The highest composition of waste is food waste (62.65% BB) and paper & cardboard waste (8.08% BB). The data is the basis for determining the technology to be applied in the ITF West Zone. Of the 3 technologies proposed to process putrescible waste, Anaerobic Digester technology has been selected through weighting with Analytic Hierarchy Process and Simple Additive Weighting methods from several criteria. The emergence of 879,226 tons / day of putrescible waste has a moisture content of 71.06%, volatile content of 81.28% and a C/N ratio of 28.65. The implementation of Anaerobic Digester technology in ITF West Zone of DKI Jakarta can help accelerate the targets contained in Indonesian Presidential Regulation No. 97 of 2017 Concerning National Policy and Strategy (JAKSTRANAS) which targets handling of 70% of the total generation by handling the largest waste composition. To process putrescible waste, ITF Barat Zone is equipped with a ramp area of 150 m2 with a slope of less than 20%, tipping floor area of 968.22 m2, bag opening using 4 units of machines, sorting area using 4 belt conveyor lines, shredding is done by 6 units of machine, 8 units of mixing tank with a volume of 260.47 m3, 8 units of dome digester with a volume of 1596.76 m3, and 1 unit of filter belt press. |
