There will be a need to treat the wastewater on the basis on the regulation of the Minister of Environment No. 68 ABOUT THE QUALITY STANDARD OF DOMESTIC WASTEWATER. The government of Cimahi City have built a number of Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTP) with a communal scope that have. From the many village in Cimahi city, the village of Cibabat have a high sanitation risk so there must build a WTP to reduce the wastewater. The housing estate of Fadjar Raya Estate is a viable candidate for building a WTP because of the availabillity of land and on every house is equiped a septic tank to help reduce the load of wastewater. The quality that will enter the WTP are temperature 25oC, pH 7,11, 132 mg/l BOD, 303 mg/l COD, 128 mg/l TSS, Ammonia 22,1 mg/l, Fat & Grease 35,1, Total Coliform 8 x 107. The flow of wastewater is 55,9 m3/hour. With the chosen technologies are an Inspection Chamber, sedimmentation tank, Anaerobic Baffled Reactor, Biofilter with coconut peat and adisinfection tank with chlorine tablet .
