The land use conversion of agricultural sector in Subang Regency occurred in almost all areas. At the same time, the industrial sector continues to experience g rowth. The rate of growth is high among other sectors, and the workforce growth has increased quite significantly. Of course, this growth has an effect on the increase in land requirements for company buildings or supporting infrastructure. Unfortunately, industrial development in Subang did not begin with adequate development planning and spatial planning, resulting in problems such as many industrial locations that were not located in industrial designated areas or in an industrial area, so that many coincided with settlements, trade, and other activities. This study seeks to identify industrial developments and their effects on land use conversion in order to understand the factors that influence land use conversion in Subang and how land use changes for large industrial activities that occur in Subang. The analysis conducted includes the analysis of growth and shifting of the economic sector in Subang Regency using LQ, Klassen Typology, and Shift-Share analysis. In addition, an analysis of the distribution and location of large industry using spatial autocorrelation was also carried out. The link between the two analyzes leads to the factors that influence land use change in Subang. After that, the calculation of land conversion for large industrial activities will be analyzed using the intersect technique with the help of GIS. The results show that large industrial activities have an effect on land conversion that occurs. Most of these occur in Cipeundeuy District, with the type of industry that dominates the conversion of land use for industrial activities, namely the food, textile and chemical industries.
