Based on the production activity, PT.X will produce wastewater which is the main resource of this wastewater is from dyeing process. To treat this wastewater, PT.X build Wastewater Treatment Plant or we can call it as WWTP existing, but unfortunately not be able to run optimally in the implementation of processing. The quality of effluent from this WWTP still did not good enough, and not fulfilled the quality standards. As well as meeting the quality standards, the redesign of IPAL is planned so that the processed water can be reused for the production process especially for dyeing process (water reuse). This is because the textile industry is one of the industries with the huge usage of fresh water as raw water, while the water supply is especially groundwater that has been used as a source of raw water by PT. X in Cimahi is getting thinning. Therefore, the new WWTP that reused the processed water can be a long-term solution to guarantee the availability of fresh water in the future. Planning is done with several stages. The first stage is testing the quality of wastewater from the dyeing process. Then the quality test results compared to the quality standards in accordance with the quality regulations for the water class IV category, based on the PP No 82, year 2001. In planning the system is given 3 (three) alternative processing systems to be selected based on 10 weighted parameters using Weighted Sum Model (WSM) method dan Simple Additive Weighted (SAW) method. The average discharge of wastewater to be processed by the new WWTP is about 250 m3/day and the quality is BOD, COD, TSS, Phenol, Chrome, Ammonia, Sulfide, and Oil & Grease in a row is 352 mg/L, 480 mg/L, 69 mg/L, 1,56 mg/L, <0,001 mg/L, 4,7 mg/L, 0,038 mg/L, dan 19,4 mg/L. text
