However, in urban economic growth, there was a high pressure on land use that caused a changeover many buildings, even destroyed old buildings physically that should conserved. It also happened in Bandung.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> Based on Undang-undang nomor 5 tahun 1992 tentang Benda Cagar Budaya and Bandung\'s city plan, the objective of this study was to formulate forms of partnership on historical and cultural buildings conservation, that participate all communities (Government, Private sector and community).<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> There were ten forms of partnership resulted from literature (desciption, exploration and prescriptive analyses) and field survey. They were BOT, ROT, Concession, lease contract, service contract, management contract, a flexibel form of partnership that match with the owner and partner need, a school board and board of trustees partnership, non bondage partnership such as charity fund, transfer knowledge and attention, and a form of the owner and old building expert or Heritage Board partnership.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> Then, characters of the partnership formulations were building classification, the function of building, funding, time and authority. From that character and for old common buildings, there were only two forms that could be done on buildings conservation, in Bandung. They were lease contract and a flexibel form of partnership that match with the owner and the partner need.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> Finally, the partnership formulations should complete with technical and administrative qualification, which would work well and successful. text
