Summary:<b>Abstract:<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> The Settlement and Regional Management Agency of the Bandung Regency is one of many technical units of the government of the Bandung Regency. This units have a main task and function to implement the development and to serve the public in field of a Settlement and Regional Management in the Bandung Regency.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> To realize the its man task and function, the Settlement and Regional Management in the Bandung Regency has determined a vision and mission and to utilize the resources that which having in optimally.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> The study this final assignment is to understand how far an existing culture organization can support an expected culture organization in conformance with its vision and mission.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> A culture organization is a system of common values that is held by its members, which is making a different of one organization to another\'s. Is clearer if a culture is defined as the common values.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> Recently, the head of the Settlement and Regional Management in the Bandung Regency has the concept of \" Seven of attitudes\" as an expected culture organization in the conformance with its vision and mission. The seven attitude is : a sense of training, pragmatically, Concern, sense of control, sense of cost, reliability and communication.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> The research method used primary and secondary data that they are collected trough interview, questionnaire and literature study, and processed by the statistical methods.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> In this final assignment study the focus is more effort to see the effect of the characteristic of employee demography in the behavior of an employee and to analyze suitable of employee behavior today with \"the seven attitude\" culture factors.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> There is appeared the culture factors in some instances has reach the conformance with the expectation, but there is still some factor of culture which is need to improve so it is more attached in the employees.
