<b>Abstract :</b><p align="justify">Fuel using is one of parameters has to be considered in analyzing an aircraft flight performance. The amount of fuel used by an aircraft is affected by, for example, the procedures to fly the aircraft itself, in take off, climb, cruise, descent, and landing, based on it's flight mission profile. <br /> <br /> The objective of the study was to design the aircraft flight performance monitaring system on its flight operations, especially which is related to it's fuel using. The system designed is represented by an architecture of the system which consists of hardwares which consist of sensing/measurement systems for collecting the data of aircraft performance paramaters, converting it's format, acquisitioning and recording the data. Besides it consists of an software for computing and analyzing the aircraft performance based on the data collected. In this study, the programming algorithm was also designed. <br /> <br /> For a case study, the fuel consumption of CN235-220M aircraft was considered based on it's engineering data which was taken from it's FDR reading. The conclusions presented here are the deviations of actual fuel consumptions from reference fuel consumption based on it's AFM (Airplane Flight Manual).
