Summary: | In the cultivation of dissolved oxygen (DO) parameters are very important in influencing the growth of groupers, along with the development of technology, a tool was found as a solution to the problem of dissolved oxygen, namely micro-nanobubbles. This study aims to examine the effect of these micro-nanobubbles on grouper growth. The growth of the fish will be seen from the growth in weight and length growth. This experiment was carried out in January - April 2020, there were two scenarios, first using micro-nanobubbles with 20 fish and second using macrobubbles with 10 fish. The two data will also be compared with secondary data for KJA from LIPI. This test measures daily dissolved oxygen (DO) and measures fish growth once a week.
The results of this study indicate that the dissolved oxygen produced using micro-nanobubbles is higher with an average of 2.29 mg / liter (29%) than the macrobubbles. The stocking density of fish using micro-nanobubbles had a better value of 53 fish/m2 compared to macrobubbles (26 fish/m2) and LIPI (1 fish/m2). The results showed that the growth of micro-nanobubbles had an excess length of 34.13% of macrobubbles and 20.8% of LIPI, micro-nanobubbles also had an excess weight of 74.67% of macrobubbles and 26.68% of LIPI. |
