Summary:Gondorukem is derived from pine sap (Pinus merkusii) which can be used as raw material for soap, batik, lacquer, and so on. The production and utilization of pine resin and its derivatives in Indonesia is managed by Perum Perhutani, by establishing PGT Sindangwangi. The main problem that occurs is the quality and quantity of gondorukem produced has not reached the desired target of the company. The research objectives are 1) Determine the fulfillment of the standard stages of the gondorukem process, 2) Determine the relationship of the effect of the application of SOP to the gondorukem target, 3) Determine the quantity and quality control strategy of the gondorukem. Data obtained through purposive sampling technique observation of the production process of 3 batches of gondorukem, 1 shift / day, in depth interview, and the use of secondary data. Review the availability and fulfillment of SOP with gap analysis. The standard fulfillment of the process stages in the gondorukem in PGT Sindangwangi in the canning process (100%), cooking (79.71%), washing (66.90%), and dilution (62.11%). Next is a multiple linear regression model. Variable X is the fulfillment of Dilution SOP (X1), Washing (X2), and Cooking (X3) SOP while Y is the resulting gondorukem. The equation obtained Y = 61.161 + 0.028X1 + 0.048X2 + 0.059X3, with R2 = 0.82. SWOT analysis to find out overall factors regarding aspects of production, HR, finance, environment, and marketing. The highest priority strength factor is that there are clear SOPs for each production process. The highest weakness factor is the SOP in the process of dilution, washing, and cooking has not been met. The highest opportunity factor is the market's need for high gondorukem. The highest threat factor is the manipulation of sap suppliers and supporting materials. The PGT position is in quadrant I (0.36; 0.11). The strategy is determined by the SWOT-AHP method, with the SO-Strategy top priority, which is to strengthen the application of SOP in order to obtain the results of the gondorukem targeted by the company.
