In order to construct the supplier selection's criteria and sub-criteria, this study conducts literature review, expert interviews and questionnaire survey. By literature review and the modified Delphi method in order to confirm the hierarchical framework and supplier selection's criteria and sub-criteria. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is conducted to determine the weights of criteria and sub-criteria in the hierarchical framework.
