Summary:PT. Satu Persen Edukasi is a company that moves in mental health and self development industry. It offers its service through 4 different products, consisting of mentoring, counselling, online class, and webinar, which can be accessed through its website or its social media. As time goes, a need to scale up the company capability to reach more customer emerges. This need is also supported by the increasing numbers for demand in mental health products in Indonesia. To answer that need, an idea to develop a mobile application as a solution was suggested. However, current management can only makes wild guesses regarding the company readiness to develop a mobile application. This research was conducted to measure Satu Persen’s change readiness based on Satu Persen’s own internal staffs’ perspective complimented with evidences within the company. The measurement was conducted using dimensions based on 7s McKinsey’s Model. The readiness of a dimension was compared using the e-Learning Readiness Survey (e-LRS) model reinforced with measurement model derived from Hammer’s (2007) Process and Enterprise Maturity Model (PEMM) to determine which of the measured dimensions don’t fulfil the minimum requirement to support a mobile application development. Based on the data gathered, it was known that a total of thirteen dimensions haven’t met the readiness requirement, which were : vision and mission, documentation, leadership, communication, trust, goals, strategic planning, technology, sufficial manpower, project team, training and educationm, size, and IT staffs’ skills. To determine the improvement priority, researcher used an effort-impact matrix is to map each dimensions. Interviews with the CEO and the CTO of Satu Persen were also conducted, and combined with literature study, a gap analysis was conducted to identify the gap between current and expected conditions. Through understanding the gap for each dimensions, recommendations for each dimensions were created and written in the form of project charters
