<b>Abstract :</b><p align="justify">Convergency technology has been developed to improve service level as well as customer satisfaction in communication industry. One of the convergence technologies is fixed-mobile convergence. Fixed-Mobile Convergency service is intended to combine range of service provided by both fixed and mobile network. Glob!!! stems for Mobile Communication technology is selected to be integrated with Public Switch Telephone Network knowing that GSM customer are much bigger than customers of other cellular technologies in Indonesia. <br /> <p align="justify">Implementation strategy, is needed in order to well aligned with Telkom purpose and objective as provider of this services. Corporate customers, business and residential will be served with different implementation of networking technology and will be depend on specific needs of each area. In general technology Fixed-Mobile Convergence based on Intelligent Network and Non-Intelligent Network. <br /> <p align="justify">Cost leadership as one of strategy to win the competition in market can be supported by implementing convergency technology. Inregard of tariff which could 5e offered by this technology, based on calculation result will be very competitive again. tariff. that currently imposed by cellular operators, hence there will be significant cost reduction expected.
