INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/52303 Advances in telecommunications technology, especially in the cellular sector with great importance because of the need to develop and exchange data quickly, easily and mobile. At this time, cellular technology in Indonesia is currently entering the 4G era (Fourth Generation) where the first stage 4G LTE (Long-Term Evolution) broadband network in Indonesia has been implemented in the 900 MHz frequency band at the end of 2014 and will be seen at the stage Second, in the 1800 MHz frequency band in the first quarter of 2015. Even though telecommunications technology is developing rapidly, there are still challenges to the increasing demand for data access speeds along with the reliability of services where even 4G technology cannot meet and this has spurred research on the latest technology to meet those needs. The 5G network itself is known as IMT-2020. The emergence of High Altitude Platform Station (HAPS) technology is expected to be one of the alternative solutions offered to support the spread of broadband penetration in Indonesia, especially for Rural, outermost and disadvantaged areas. The development of HAPS itself in the last few years has evolved very rapidly and gave birth to a new technology intended for terrestrial networks called HAPS as IMT Base Station (HIBS) or better known as HAPS Mobile Service (HMS). A separate challenge arises regarding the integration between HAPS Mobile Service and terrestrial networks, especially the 5G network, in its implementation in the 700 MHz frequency band. Therefore, the authors conducted a study in the form of an analysis of HAPS Mobile Service interference to the 5G terrestrial network on the 700 MHz frequency band based on the WRC-19 decision in Article iv No. 5.313A. In this study, network modeling will be carried out based on the proposed scenario and the calculation of potential interference and will be further analyzed in more depth and presented in the form of a MATLAB® performance curve so that the separation distance minimum can be found so that interference does not occur in the Urban area. Dense Urban, and Rural. Based on the results of calculations and the results of the ????/???? performance curve on HAPS Mobile Service interference to BS, using ???????? = 1 km, in the Urban and Dense Urban area interference occurs along the track being tested. Meanwhile, in the Rural area, interference occurs at a distance of 5 km. For ???????? = 2.75 km, in the Urban area interference occurs at a distance of 8 km. In the Dense Urban area, interference occurs at a distance of 12 km. As for the Rural area, there was no interference along the track being tested. For ???????? = 3.5 km, in the Urban, Dense Urban and Rural areas there is no interference along the track being tested. As for the calculation results and the results of the ????/???? performance curve on HAPS Mobile Service interference to MS, using ????? = 1 km, in the Urban area and the Dense Urban area there is interference along the track being tested. Whereas in the Rural area, interference occurs at a distance of 4 km. For ????? = 2.75 km, in the Urban area interference occurs at a distance of 4.5 km. In the Dense Urban area, interference occurs at a distance of 8 km. As for the Rural area, there was no interference along the track being tested. For ????? = 3.5 km, in the Urban area interference occurs at a distance of 11 km. In the Dense Urban area, interference occurs at a distance of 20 km. As for the Rural area, there was no interference along the track being tested text
