<b>Abstract :</b><p align=\"justify\">Perum Pegadaian (Indonesia\'s Pawn Shop) is a state\'s company that has a major business to provide some loan in exchange for articles left with the customer. This company has more than 700 operational office in all over Indonesia. <br /> <p align=\"justify\">The size of the organization and the total amount of customer can cause a lot of problem such as coordination, information spreading, and decision making. This research is offering some solution for those problem by implementing enterprise information portal in Perum Pegadaian. <br /> <p align=\"justify\">An enterprise information portal consists of some supporting components. One of those component is information system, which has a role as a content adapter. Business process analysis have been done in order to have a information system requirement specification that suitable for the organization. <br /> <p align=\"justify\">Operational system is a major part of information system for Perum Pegadaian. This system has two different part, those are branch office transactional system and central operational control system. Operational control system has been designed using structural approach method. This method consists of some design phase which is : database design, architectural design, and component level design. <br /> <p align=\"justify\">Operational system can be implement by deviding the system into some module and component. Deviding the system is a necessary in order to make the system more easy to control and to minimize error during implementation Those module and component will be test using test plan which has been prepared using black box method. <br /> <p align=\"justify\">Prototype of module branch office daily operational has been created. This module is one of the module in branch office transactional system. The purpose of making this module is to provide an example for implementing the system into the real condition.
