</b>Abstract:<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> PD. Aneka Kimia is a trade company, which markets chemical products such as soda ash, cupper sufate, sodium benzoat and many others. Trade effort is held in two locations that are in a shop and in the company\'s storehouse. Until now the company still is still managed traditionally. The owner \'s role in managing and developing the company is very dominant. The control system which is developed is still conventional, it is needed a full confidence to the employees. The assumption that is taken is that the employee is honest and can be trusted.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> The control system is continually renewed while it is working, if there is something goes wrong it would be changed to be better. The owner thinks that the activity of the company has been held well enough, although there is a mistake it is still in the tolerable limits. But nowadays the owner feels that the suffer of financial degree increases but the owner cannot make sure of which part the suffer of financial is happened, it is considered that the suffer of financial is happened in the company\'s storehouse.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> For knowing that things, its done the control analysis to the procedur and activities that are done in the company. After doing the analysis it is known that the control procedur in the storehouse is well enogh. On the contrary the weak control procedur is happened in the shop. For that thing, it is need the renewing of control procedur especially in the shop for substracting the possibility of the suffer of financial that is happened.<p align=\"justify\">
