The FEM will be analyzed by using ELFINI-solver, all processes is carried out in CATIA-V5 R17. This research is utilized the results of previous research about generating wing surfaces and aerodynamic loads distributions. By making link to wing-box structural layout there are created particular one dimension elements representing and two dimension elements. Axial members such as spar caps, rib caps, and stingers are modeled by beams, while shell is selected to model of skins, spar webs, and rib web. Particular vertexes on Fem are linked to design table containing aerodynamic loads. Material properties of elements are packed in a particular design table, also another design table contains each size of 1D and 2D elements. After finite element analysis it structural responses such as stresses and displacements are tabulated in Excel file. To show integrity of all parties it is demonstrates the change structural responses with respect to wing surfaces and structural layout. text |
