For the Internet development, web one of the applications that had most frequently used which one can access information in the Internet. Today the ability to get and spread information quickly and accurately is very important. One method to get the information is by carrying out a survey.<p align="justify"> <br />
Web based survey is a survey service application which conducted using Internet as a media. The results obtained from the survey are opinions from respondents or particular data that can be processed to become valuable information. The importance value of the information often engender that the information just can be access by certain people that have authorization. <br />
For that reason it is necessary to build a security system for web based survey application. This security system is designed so that web master can have a secure application. The security system is also design to secure valuable information that survey producer get from respondent and to secure data and respondent identity from unauthorized person. <br />
This thesis is designing a security system with the specifications, which defined by user requirements, and the process that occurred in this survey application. Then we take a test and analysis the security function that built in this security system.<p align="justify"> <br />
The inference from the test is that the function of the security system work quite well referred design specification. It needs further test to integrate the security system and the application to know the performance and reliability of the overall web based survey application. |
