<b>Abstract</b><p align=\"justify\">In the information technology world, the security of information system is going to be an important issue to apply. A user generally wants to acces all of data, whatever, whenever, however and whenever, both of in the internal networks or in the eksternal networks, on purpose or nor. A network security planning made an architect to trade off between a pleasure and secure. It means between the level of pleasure and the level of security is reverse. The touch of architecture made it possible to minimilize the diferences between that two factors within make an optimalize of a planning of data base to made it pleasure and secure. <br /> <p align=\"justify\">When this research done, there were many architectures of database management, but these were not enough to made high assurance criterias as a primary target. So, we must think about the research to discovery a new architecture to made it trusted. <br /> <p align=\"justify\">This research is based on International Standard for open system security, called ISO 7498-2 1998 Security Architecture, Part 2 of ISO 7498. We have choosen the data warehouse as an database because we shown the issues, challenges and next trends, those guide us to a using of data warehouse as a smart data base that has a flexible architeture.
