<p>Absract:<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> Professional archives management with IT support that can anticipate the difficulties and problems of handling those archive or document. can bring the benefit for the organization. Improving efficiency in the connection with the number of archives or document quantity or the quality of decision making that supported by archives or document will be easy to achieves if the archives or the document are well managed. It needs high investment, from the tools of technology. system until the expert personnel who handle the activities so the whole activities of archives management can be done well.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> Outsourcing is one of the options that organization can delegate the whole process of its archives management to an external provider which more competence in that field. Outsourcing activities itself in Indonesia, relatively have not been used by some organizations. It cause from the internal organization itself that the decision makers having difficulty to decide whether or not using the outsourcing, in this case, in archives management. For organization that need high investment in capital to manage its archives, outsourcing is better and effective option that need to consider.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> PT. With knowing and analyzing the benefits of outsourcing. especially in archives management. it will help the decision makers to decide a strategic movement for the living of their organization.
