Construction development in Indonesia keep showing enhancement due to big demands for chasing national economy growth. The execution of this infrastructure is precisely done by a number of stakeholders. According to UU 2/2017 that supposed to be exist a supervision within integration between stakeholders for create a good government concept within. One of facility that government has is public information transparency system that acted by PPID. However the quality of this system in Indonesia appeared in deficient way in many aspect included infrastructure. Hence, this phenomenon need to be studied with focus on how the situation this system nowadays and the obstacle in this system implementation. Based on those knowledge, it is required to make a further study about how to increase this system quality by improving public participation into the system. So this research owned three main subject which are explaining the current situation of the system, identifying the obstacle of the system and formulating the model of information assurance as a public participation within the system. Through descriptive analysis method, it was able to identified current situation such as lack of technical information, technical information provided only in water field and still providing non-updated information. In general, the main obstacle of this system implementation is lack of human resource capacity. The result of information assurance model gave a room for public to participated in two ways which are internal and external ways. In Internal, public can involved as a part of assurance team that functioned to done this information assurance system so they will forming evaluation report of certain infrastructure project. In external, public will be able to access the following report openly.
