companies engaged in the construction sector. In order to maintain its position in the fierce business competition, Rekind has realized that good risk management can sustain its business. The implementation of risk management in Rekind is guided by the ISO 31000: 2018 risk management guide. Currently, Rekind has conducted performance measurement by assessing Key Performance Indicator (KPI). However, the indicator on KPI is only focused on individual or department work programs and not yet describes in detail the processes of risk management. Therefore, a performance measurement tool is needed in the risk management process so that Rekind can make improvements to find the best way to achieve goals or objectives. The design of the initial model for measuring risk management performance was carried out by studying the literature and discussions with personnel from the Risk Management Department at Rekind. The initial model consists of 3 indicators and 17 sub-indicators which are then validated by experts to obtain a Content Validity Ratio (CVR) value. Each sub-indicator is then calculated its weight using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which is carried out by asking opinions from experts. Then, the measurement tool was compiled by describing each sub-indicator into a more detailed process. Performance appraisal was carried out using a questionnaire consisting of 36 statement items distributed to the entire Risk Management Department team in Rekind. Based on the results of data processing, it is known that the performance of the risk management system in Rekind has an index of 3.03 which can be interpreted that the Rekind’s risk management system is in significant level. The results of the performance appraisal are used to make recommendations for improvements in the form of risk management training, improvement of risk management procedures, and addition of risk management policies.
