The four management systems use five standards (ISO 17065, ISO 17021.1, ISO 17021.2, ISO 17021.3, and ISO 22003). The development model consisted of 4 stages. The first stage was interviewing experts. The experts were six people from internal, other CB, and accreditation bodies. The second stage was the integration of the selection method. The method used in this research was a decisional balance sheet. The next stage was creating a conceptual model by using a cross-reference matrix to check the similarity. The matrix adopted studies based on PAS 99. The final stage is verification by experts and validation by interested parties of certification from all over Indonesia The model was implemented in one of Indonesia's certification bodies, the Institute of Industrial Certification of Ministry of Industry, and created a new implementation model and business process model using a website based BPMN. This model's implementation proposed an integrated management system (IMS) where previously, there were only two management systems (product and QMS certification) and not integrated. This application collects data from the existing management system and checks gaps with a conceptual model. Furthermore, six stages produce a proposed management system as an integrated management system in level 1 (manual) and level 2 (certification process flow) documents. The proposed management system is verified and validated internally. The proposed integrated management system showed improved website performance indicators (completeness of information, fulfillment, responsiveness, and contact) and institutions (number of customers, certification time, customer satisfaction index, accreditation scope, and revenue) better than the existing. text
