Thus, the presence of VoIP technology attract consumer to use this technology eventhough has lower quality than traditional telelphone PSTN (public switch telephone network) <br /> <p align=\"justify\">As a new alternative in telecommunication will create business opportunity, so the VoIP technology attract businessman and many of internet telephony service providers rise as the result. <br /> <p align=\"justify\">PT. TELKOM as an incumbent telecommunication service provider look at this matter as an business opportunity to realize its vision \"to become a leading InfoCom Company in the region\" and complete its business objective to become full service and network provider. <br /> <p align=\"justify\">By wide experience, PT TELKOM be hoped can be become a leading company in market of intemet telephony service through its divison Probis VoIP. For that matter, Probis VoIP of PT TELKOM require study of business strategy in order to achieve competitive advantage and to maintain company existence for now and future. <br /> <p align=\"justify\">This proposal of business strategy is given for PROBIS VoIP. It is formulated basically from SWOT analysis and generic strategy of the Mc Kinsey. This have a purpose to give PROBIS VOIP a continual growth and a competitive advantage.
