Summary:<b>Abstract :</b><p align=\"justify\">Pile driving analysis (PDA) tests has done at analysis of offshore foundation, provide vertical data of sea bed only. Tests of undisturb soil of sea bed for horizontal parameter are hard and high cost, so must been make the empirical correlation between data PDA from CAPWAP with p-y curve. <br /> <p align=\"justify\"> <br /> Matlock method for make p-y curve at soft and hard clay need to critical displacement ?c that is resulted from critical strain cc and diameter of pile B, need to ultimate bearing capacity Pu that is resulted from constant of bearing capacity Nc, value of cohesive undrained Cu and diameter of pile B. The value of Nc = 9, value of critical strain cc and cohesive undrained Cu are resulted from force in pile Ru at data PDA . T-z curve and q-z curve can resulted from data. PDA too, in value of Ru and end bearing. Those empirical correlation are tested with the value of Cu from data PDA and Cu from laboratorium test approach, the value of Kxl (spring contant of lateral soil from p-y curve) and Kx (spring constant of lateral soil from SACS program) approach, value of UX<sub>PLAXIS</sub> (lateral displacement of soil from PLAXIS program) and UX<sub>SACS</sub> (lateral displacement of soil from SACS program) approach at the some test location. <br /> <p align=\"justify\"> <br /> The value of Cu (from data PDA) and Cu (from laboratorium test) approach, has correlation coefficient value R<sup>2</sup> is 0.2257. The value of Kxl(from p-y curve) and Kx (from SACS program) approach, has correlation coefficient value R<sup>2</sup> is 0.5938. The value of Ux<sub>PLAXis</sub> (from PLAXIS program) and Ux<sub>SACS </sub>(from SACS program) approach, has correlation coefficient value R<sup>2</sup> is 0.5711. <br /> <br />
