Summary:The ongoing smart city initiative in Indonesia, namely e-government, is regulated in Presidential Regulation No. 95/2018 regarding Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE) and in 2017, the Indonesian Government issued a “Movement Towards 100 Smart Cities”. Bandung is one of the 25 cities/regencies that is selected as a part of first phase for the Movement Towards 100 Smart Cities. In practice of smart city concept in Bandung, there are 6 dimensions that must be applied, one of which is smart governance, which is one of the dimensions that will determine the sucess of the smart city implementation, because the government is the regulator and also the driving force of the smart city initiative program. Therefore, in the midst of implementing smart governance in Bandung City and the issued of Presidential Decree No. 95/2018, it is necessary to evaluate the level of smart governance in the city of Bandung using the criteria and indicators that has been aligned by Presidential Decree No. 95 of 2018 concerning SPBE. This study aims to evaluatethe maturity level of smart governance in Bandung City, where there are several targets to answer the objectives of this study, namely, (1) the formulation of criteria and indicators used for the evaluation of smart governance; (2) Identification of the achievements of the Bandung City in implementing smart governance. This research uses data that is conducted using data, namely by reviewing literature studies, secondary data from related agencies, document review, laws and regulations, and for primary data by conducting interviews with relevant stakeholders, where the selection of respondents is carried out using a purposive method, sampling, using content analysis methods, qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, and scoring analysis. This study has formulated 3 (three) domains, 7 (seven) criteria, and 15 (fifteen) indicators which are used to evaluate the maturity level of Bandung City governance. Where it can be seen that the assessment of the smart governance maturity level of Bandung City obtained a score of 75.7% which indicates that the Integrative level or smart governance initiatives are already with comprehensive development, operational and monitoring plan, and begin to collaborate between systems. The results of this study indicate that the maturity level of smart governance in Bandung City is already high and has can almost be classified smart, so can be concluded that Bandung City has suceed ini implementing its smart governance (nya, kalimat ini bahasa indonya gak efektif. liat deh kota bandungnya dua kali). Based on the research results, several methods are recommended to improve the implementation of smart governance in Bandung City.
