Summary: | The execution and implementation of the strategy by the company
determines whether or not the company's business targets are achieved. One of the
causes of inhibition of strategy execution and implementation is the presence of
dysfunctionality in the Employee Task Performance or the ability of a person as an
individual or in a group to do their daily work. The potential for dysfunctionality in
the Employee Task Performance can be influenced by the company's
Organizational DNA which consists of four building components, namely
Structure, Information, Decision-Right, and Motivators.
PT. Wijaya Karya Komponen Beton (WIKA-KOBE) is one of the companies
within developing and growing Indonesia’s precast concrete industry. However,
since its establishment in 2013 until 2019 fiscal year, WIKA-KOBE has not
succeeded in achieving its annual Revenue target which will have an impact on
other financial indicators/ratios. Thus, WIKA-KOBE has the potential to be
included in the "Unhealthy" category according to the "Financial Aspects"
indicator based on the decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No.Kep100/MBU/2002

research

found
that
WIKA-KOBE is included in the category of “Just-in-time” companies
according to its Organizational DNA. Meanwhile, Structure, Information, and
Decision-Right have the most positive influence on Employee Task Performance of
WIKA-KOBE employees. In conclusion, WIKA-KOBE is included in the category
of companies that have great potential to be able to minimize dysfunctions that
prevent them from achieving their annual revenue targets with recommendations
and implementation plans that focus on the three components above. |
