Summary:Payment methods have evolved from traditional methods such as physical cash to digital payment methods. There are various kinds of digital payments, such as mobile banking, internet banking, and e-wallets. GoPay is an example of an e-wallet product. This study shows how GoPay users in Bandung respond to the intention to use, which has become a trend and lifestyle in conducting a transaction. This study, using quantitative methods. The questionnaire by using Google Form and distributed to the public. The sample of this research is 200 GoPay users in Bandung. All data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) - Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to measure the intention to use GoPay in Bandung. This study indicates that Ease of Use, Security, and Speed are essential factors that positively influence the intention to use GoPay in Bandung. This study also shows that women have more intention to use GoPay in Bandung than men. Meanwhile, promotion and effort factors have no significant effect on the intention to use GoPay in Bandung.
