<b>Abstract:<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> <br /> Operation and Maintenance activities for captive power plant is considered to be an important element to support most of larger scale industries such as manufacturers, hotels, mining industries, utilities and power industries as well. This condition gives wide open opportunities for developing power plant operation and maintenance services. Therefore, PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali (PT PJB) established PT PJB Services as its subsidiary with the scope of work in operation and maintenance services, taking the advantages of PT PJB abundant workforce.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> <br /> Since the establishment, PT PJB Services has been continuing its earlier business on operation and maintenance projects. The company manages to run flexible and efficient business using their limited personnel.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> <br /> In fact, however, monitoring and controlling a project depends mostly on the individuals related to it while the company business process has not have operation standard yet. Project operational does not have fixed system to support project monitoring and control and also there is poor coordination among the existing department. That\'s why the management shall ask to the related personnel to gain the information.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> <br /> From the above mentioned condition, it is necessary for PT PJB Services to build monitoring and controlling system in the form of process controlling sheet to make the controlling process easier. Using this new system, every project has its own sheet which consists of project information, responsibility distribution, checking sheet,progress report,invoicing,ect.The sistem has also recognizable characteristic.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> <br /> .
