Summary: | PT Rekadaya Elektrika is an EPC company in the electricity sector with experience in building of power plants, transmissions and substations. To respond market demand for Renewable Energy , PT Rekadaya Elektrika is preparing the competency of constructing for Renewable Energy of Solar Energy especially Photovoltaic (PV) Power Plant. So as to strengthen the EPC business foundation, PT Rekadaya Elektrika plans to develop innovations and integrated business strategies
Based on having challenges ahead regarding opportunities and EPC business development in the field of Renewable Energy which continues to increase, an anticipation is needed related to the development of these business strategies to support a stronger corporate foundation in business competition.
Engineering Division is an important part of an EPC company. However, currently the challenge being faced is an increase in turnover of engineers who have more than 3 years experience and limited experience involved in PLTS projects, so this is feared will affect the Knowledge Management process that is being developed in Engineering Division especially in the field of Renewable Energy Solar Energy especially Photovoltaic (PV) Power Plant.
In this research, Knowledge Management for the Photovoltaic (PV) Power Plant will be analyzed both in terms of human resources and in terms of its infrastructure in the Engineering Division. The method that will be used in this study is a qualitative method that is carried out by conducting interviews with several managers in the Engineering Division of PT. Elektrika Rekadaya. Observations will be taken with related documents which can be used as a basic for analysis in obtaining appropriate KM initiatives in support of developing the company's business strategy for Photovoltaic (PV) Power Plant.
The result of this observation is that the Engineering Division has implemented several KM initiatives for the Photovoltaic (PV) Power Plant, but there are a number of KM initiatives that have not been carried out which could potentially be a potential factor in the development of innovation and business strategy for the transformation of the Photovoltaic (PV) Power Plant.
The implementation of the KM initiative for the Photovoltaic (PV) Power Plant can be planned and implemented on a short and long term basis and support is expected from all divisions within the company to achieve the company's goals as a Renewable Solar Power EPC company. |
