The market size reaches 33 trillion rupiah in 2019, it gaining the excitement for providers to attractively compete in the market. Multinational companies, Global cloud providers and Ecommerce are also giving the hope of growing demand for utilization current bandwidth capacities. The adoption of digital technology such as the cloud application also creates new opportunities in connectivity services. On the other hand, there is a tendency for bandwidth prices to continue to fall due to intense competition in the market. This is starting to become a barrier for network service providers. Market also has a strong bargain to choose a provider that can provide the best service at a more economical price, so that they can still adopt digital technology but also consider cost efficiency. Providers must think hard to anticipate business competition and grow while maintaining business continuity. For this reason, Providers must review their business strategies in order to survive in long run business competition. PGAS Telecommunications international Pte Ltd as a one of data telecommunication provider serving to multinational enterprise has been entering the Indonesia market since last three years ago. As a new entrance PGAS is facing a hard competition with incumbent providers and the price war currently happened. So PGAS must formulate the new Business strategy to survive and sustainable. text
