Employees who work at companies that have implemented a standard policy of safety and health at work will feel more protected and feel guaranteed safety and health during the work process, this of course will increase the efficiency and productivity of these employees which in turn will be useful for the Company to be able to. meet market demand. Indonesian companies with Indonesian international standards have implemented a standard policy of occupational safety and health, one of which is PT. Pertamina EP. PT. Pertamina EP is an upstream business in the oil and gas sector which includes: Exploration, Exploitation and sales of oil and gas production as a result of exploitation activities. The level of risk of accidents and health caused by oil and gas exploration and exploration activities is very high, therefore the company is very concerned about the implementation of occupational safety and health. In addition to controlling the risk of accidents in the work environment, PT. Pertamina EP implements occupational safety and health policies to boost employee performance and productivity. Based on this situation this research is carried out to measure the extent to which the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS), identify the effect of the Occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) on job satisfaction, the Occupational Hekath and Safety System (OHS) on employee productivity, job satisfaction. on employee work productivity, and looking for a greater influence than the direct influence or the indirect effect. This research method uses quantitative methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The population in this study were employees of the production department at PT. Pertamina EP Asset 3 in Cirebon with a sample of 90 respondents randomly (random sampling). To get more comprehensive information, researchers also interviewed respondents who represented the internal management of PT. Pertamina EP Asset 3 Cirebon. Data processing was carried out with the help of SPSS version 26 statistical applications. Data processing includes validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests. To analyze the research results, the analysis method used is linear regression analysis method and path regression analysis. The results showed that the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) had a significant effect on job satisfaction and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) had a significant effect on employee productivity while job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee work productivity. The effect of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) has a greater influence on employee productivity through increasing employee job satisfaction. text
