<b>Abstract:<p align=\"justify\"><br /> This thesis is dedicated to analyze stock dividend and risk level by analyzing three cigarette industries\' stock condition in Indonesia which are listed in \"tops the list\" in Jakarta Stock Exchange. These companies are PT BAT Indonesia Tbk (BATI), PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM) and PT Handala Mandala Sampoerna (HMSP).<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> The approach used is Fundamental Analysis upon the stock\'s price. The variables used in this research are Economic Value Added (EVA), Return On Investment (ROI), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and stock\'s Price Earning Ratio (PER).<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> The analyzing result shows PT GGRM to be the company with higher dividend and smaller risk level among the three companies. EVA approach has been the best approach, due to its changing that heads the same way as the price changing, compared with other ratio analysis system.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> The conclusion of the analysis is that PT GGRM\'s stock has the best prospect in cigarette industry stock investment.
