Jonas Photo as a company that involve in the service field must give excellent service to their customers. This is a critical point to survive in this business.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> This research aims to find out the relationship between employees welfare program that Jonas Photo has implemented in the operational department and the employees\' job satisfaction. The higher the employees\' job satisfaction, the more the productivity they can produce and at the end will increase customers\' satisfaction then it will increase the profit of the company.<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> Theory of employees welfare program that has been implemented so far is the one by Werther, Jr & Davis (1993) and Flippo (1984), but the job satisfaction classification uses the theory from Luthans (1995) and Robbins (1996). This research is conducted by doing interviews and giving questionnaires. Samples that were collected uses simple random sampling technique by taking 118 people from a population of 170 based on Krejcie table with 95% level of confidence. Variables are measured by using Liked scale and data analysis was done by using Rank Spearman analysis. To find out whether the relationship is strong or not, this research uses measurement conducted by Champion (1981).<p align=\"justify\"> <br /> After data processing, it can be concluded that there is a high associaton between employees welfare program and employees\' job satisfaction in the operational department of Jonas Photo. Therefore, the existing program is suggested to be continued and developed periodically in order to keep the high employees\' job satisfaction. text |
