Facing this, the company must be able to complete the previously planned development so that the construction can be completed following the three main target aspects, namely following the adjustment of the work results with the cost, quality, and time set at the beginning of the planning, in line with the government where the development of fiber optic-based telecommunications networks is needed PT. Internet Connection has a target to connect 20 million home pass by 2024. With the advantage of being able to use the Holding company's infrastructure. The research methodology used is a qualitative method because it is considered more significant. This study discusses the company's business processes and how the relationship between stakeholders including partners in carrying out work. The research was continued by making a fishbone diagram by looking at the root cause of the delay. Interview method was conducted with senior management, procurement division, related project managers, and internal regional teams. The results of the data analysis showed that there were eight problems that caused the project to experience delays for more than a year. Based on the results of the research that has been done, there are 10 problems that are discussed most often, and there are 3 things that are not discussed most often but are likely to be the root causes of project delays. text |
