<b></i>Abstract :</b><i><p align=\"justify\"> <br /> While a company will implement information technology project, the decision-makers frequently judge the project using cost benefit analysis or return on investment. By using these methods, the management only considered the projects that can achieve the high rate. Unfortunately, the chosen projects can not figure out the potential impact to the organization. <br /> <br /> This problem is also happened in PT Pos Indonesia, while the company has decided that using of information technology should support any business process to achieve competitive advantage. While the strategic decision have to reengineered the business process and followed by the development of information system, there is no indication that the system would be implemented even the hardware and employees has been prepared already. <br /> <br /> By using of information economics method, the author proposed an economics value measurement of Financial Service in PT Pos Indonesia that involving of performance linking factor. The output of this proposal is the economics value of the Financial Service System and would be used as a consideration of justification for management.
