INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/53393 The Central Government Region of Serang District, Banten has been planned based on the direction of Regional Long-Term Development Plan (RPJMD), in order to improve the equitable development and sustainable of regional development also to solved a problems centrally from the aspect of supporting infrastructure. This region has an area of 767,000 m2 with an elevation of 33.00 - 28.00 meters above sea level and a relatively flat slope around 0.5 - 1.8%, located in administrative areas of Ciruas and Kragilan Districts. Tirta Al-Bantani municipal waterworks (PDAM) tapping development plan currently only has a production of 492 lps of IPA from a total capacity of 888 lps, a minimum coverage area of around 15% and a water losses rate around 23 - 31%. On the planning of Direct Water Supply system from the reservoir pond is the most ideal currently system in fulfilling water network of this region. Distribution network is designed through 3 alternatives with prerequisites fulfilling SNI 7509: 2011 technical criteria, namely grid system, combine system and branch system. Alternative selection processing by the model method using EPANET 2.0 software type PE PN-10 pipe to determine each hydraulic parameter and the Simple Additive Weighting method as the basis for determining the rating of each performance parameter. Obtained the selected alternative is grid system with a total score of 2.40 : 2.00 : 1.60, with a specification of 7017.97 m pipe length, network and reservoir water demand capacity of 69.43 lps and installation capacity of 2 × 50 lps. text
