Accurate analysis is essential in determining the root cause of the problem. 5 whys analysis is used for obtaining the root cause and gap analysis is used for supporting the root cause of the problem in the department. As a result, data visualization dashboards are required for the department to make decisions based on data. The selected platform to create the data visualization dashboard is Google Data Studio. Data-driven decision making framework and data visualization and data storytelling used to help the department create a proper dashboard. A proper flow of creating a dashboard is needed to correctly visualize the information that comes from raw data. Data and storytelling need to work together to create understandable stories for the audience or the users. After conducting the project, doing qualitative research, and interviewing key persons it is shown that data visualization dashboard could effectively help the department in terms of decision making. By having a dashboard, the decision making process in the department become proper, prompt, and faster. text
