These disruptions can leave industries and organizations susceptible to a variety or risk, e.g. operational risk, financial risk and even reputational risk. One way to mitigate and respond to these risks is to develop Business Continuity Management (BCM) that is used to ensure that organizations are capable to continue their operations at acceptable predefined level after disruptions. However, with growing changes, threats and disruptions, there’s a need for more dynamic responses, that come in the form of Organizational Resilience that is defined as organization’s capability to anticipate, respond to and adapt to changes in order to achieve their objectives. The pandemic condition makes traditional business continuity plan becoming irrelevant, due to significant differences between business disruptions that are caused by pandemic compare with other disruptions. Therefore, revisiting on current BCM framework and making updates is necessary. The objective of this research is to evaluate implementation of BCM framework at Bank JAPINDO in general, and in particular linking it with Covid-19 pandemic condition to analyze the impact over employee safety and business continuity. Moreover, the need over Resilience Program is also analyzed as a bridge between continuity and resilience. Research is done using mixed method with triangulation convergence model, in which two sets of data – qualitative and quantitative – are collected and analyzed during the same phase of time, and then the data sets get compared and/or synthesized. The result of this research shows that even though in general the implementation of BCM framework at Bank JAPINDO is already sufficient and align with international standard, there are some things that need improvement, such as pandemic plan, BCM automation, employee level of awareness over BCM framework, alignment between BCM core elements, i.e. Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity (BC) and Crisis Management (CM), as well as new way of work in the future post pandemic as a form of new strategy handling. text
