Innovation is one of the strategies that companies must undertake in order to maintain and expand market interest, but it also serves to increase the company's sales figures. Innovation can give business owners the passion to keep creating and creating new things. Innovation is not only done to satisfy consumers, but also needs to be done by companies to the company's own system to improve performance. This is also faced by PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika which requires continuous innovation that can facilitate employee work and strengthen businesses that are able to develop three important aspects of the company, namely human resources, processes and technology. In this study, the authors will try to propose the application of knowledge management solutions to the problem of the absence of innovation itself. This research is qualitative in nature and describes the knowledge management framework in this study. The final result is a proposal to propose the application of knowledge management in the company as a business continuity solution that requires innovation.
