This commercial typology project is located at Jalan Jendral Sudirman, Kota Dumai. This
project combines commercial functions with public spaces. The main design issues of this project are
circulation, accessibility, ambience, publicness, and sense of place. These design issues support the
problem solving of society’srecreational needsfulfillment and also bring a positive impact in extensive
context. By carrying out Park-Integrated Mall concept, this project hopefully could fulfill society’s
recreational needs as well as being a positive space for Dumai City. |
