Description
Summary:Arrhythmias are disorders that occur in the process of delivering electrical impulses to the myocardium. Arrhythmias usually consist of tachycardia and bradycardia. The arrhythmia detection process at Hasan Sadikin Hospital was performed with a Holter monitor. The Holter monitor used at Hasan Sadikin Hospital is currently only capable of recording for 24 hours. Ideally, a Holter monitor should be able to record up to a month. The Holter monitor also requires a support system that displays the patient's ECG record. The doctor must be able to see the patient's ECG record without having to wait for the recording process from anywhere and at any time. This final project aims to develop a Holter monitor that can record up to 1 month. The Holter monitor has several support systems such as android applications for patients, cloud servers, and web applications as a user interface for doctors. Also, the server is equipped with a module for detecting arrhythmias. When an arrhythmia is detected, a notification is sent to the doctor treating the patient. The doctor will be able to view the ECG record from the web application again to check if the patient has recently had an arrhythmia or not. The Holter support application is integrated and works well even though it only uses dummy data for simulations.
