Summary:Cerita Rempah(TM) is a food and beverage (FnB) startup founded in 2020. The company offers a unique experience of consuming Indonesian jamu culture-inspired beverages in a new and modern way. Like many small and medium enterprises (SMEs), the company faces a lot of challenges to survive their business. As an effort to the challenges, they felt the necessity to implement a sustainable business model. This research aims to provide implementable solutions in an SME level. This research uses other business units, which is considered as a sustainable business, to become a proxy to finding ideal sustainable practices. Cerita Rempah will adapt those new practices and included in the new sustainable business model. Yet, to implement the new business model, the company faces several knowledge gaps. This research, which mostly focuses from the point of view of knowledge management, will use knowledge management frameworks to address the necessary knowledge, and proposing activities that will help Cerita Rempah to acquire the knowledge needed in order to implement the new sustainable business model. This research shows that an ideal sustainable business model for SME level should not burden the company by proposing activities that creates an extra cost. Their sustainability practices should be integrated within their daily business operations and decisions. For example, company can chose to give a positive impact socially by doing a local sourcing for their production factor. In total, there will be 24 activities that will be done in 6 months for Cerita Rempah to gain their required knowledge to achieve a sustainable business model
