PT Lintas Nusantara Perdana (PT LNP) as a logistic company needs to develop and strengthen its business strategy in order to gain competitive advantage. Meanwhile, the knowledge management has a role to support the proposed new business model that contributes to enhancing logistics planning and productivity. The research objectives are analyzing the proper business strategy to PT LNP in regards to sustaining the business in this pandemic and proposing the design of knowledge management strategies according to KM Framework (people, process and technology) that support new business model. The methodology of this thesis is used qualitative approach in collecting the data needed to fulfill the research. The qualitative research analysis generates themes, the author will analyze the interviews, seeking documents needed, doing observations, and then consolidate all that data with amount time to generate those things into themes. The data that is used in this research are obtained from primary data and secondary data. The primary data will be generated from in-depth interviews with and observations in one of the branch offices, whereas for the secondary data comes from company data, journals related, news and articles from the reliable sources. In terms of determining the business strategy that will be implemented in the company, both external analysis (PESTEL Framework, Porter's Five Forces) and internal analysis (VRIO analysis) are needed so that the company can consider correctly in determining the business strategy that depicts in business model canvas. The research has done with proposed new business strategy in implementing differentiation strategy where PT LNP may encounter the new customers segment by enhancing the service offer with upgraded technology and trained human resource. The proposed knowledge management design for supporting new business strategy of PT LNP which is divided into two business issues, the action taken, the problems may occur of taking the actions, therefore determine the KM objective then specify into KM Framework (people, process and technology). Implementation of SECI approach that there are three tools that used in socialization, seven tools that must be prepared in the externalization, two tools that used in the combination and two tools that used in the internalization. text
