Summary:Summarecon Gedebage is an area with a Teknopolis City concept to live, work and play. Hopefully, this modern and innovative character can enliven the area with creative and restorative energy. Commercial buildings that are able to support the wheels of the economy need to be able to create a comfortable atmosphere in the middle of a dense city. Developing an interesting concept but still supports site issues such as the potential for flooding, is an important aspect in design. In line with the character of the Bandung Great Lake sub-area, the Aquatecture Lifestyle Mall is expected to be a mixed function building that enlivens the commercial area by adopting a water-friendly concept. Its concept that blends with nature, effective yet attractive circulation, and its open concept, brings uniqueness and fresh sense of place. Referring to the Summarecon mall type, the food court area which one of the most important point in the building, is divided into The Downtown Area, La Terazzo, and ordinary conventional food court areas. The functional zoning of this building is divided into two, namely the mall zone which is public in nature and the hotel zone which is private in nature. The circulation system for visitors to the mall and hotel is separated, as is the parking system. However, the hotel parking system can also use the mall parking if needed. The utility and circulation systems of this building are integrated so that they can accommodate the needs of the mall comfortably and effectively. This also applies to water utilization systems that are connected to utility systems and ponds. The water attraction feature is also part of the building's characteristics in line with the concept. With the presence of features and busy vegetation, it is hoped that it can attract the attention of visitors and increase the value of comfort and beauty of the building.
