Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an in-depth study in developing vaccines as a new product, on the plan to build Quality Control (QC) facilities, media production, clinical and technical trials (Building 41) to support the vaccine production and packaging facilities located in Building 43, by carrying out compiling a cost architecture model can identify the cost components and based on the elements of each component a financial analysis is carried out to determine whether the typhoid vaccine development plan is feasible or not. The investment allocation obtained is 0.2%, the total value of investment needed for the planned construction of Building 41 and Building 43 is 3.474 trillion with total depreciation costs for the construction of Building 43 and Building 41 being 2.959 trillion and adjustments to the proportion of basic expenses and other businesses. In financial analysis with the discounted criteria approach using 3 (three) basic discount factor (df) 6% (equal to opportunity cost); discount factor 10% (cost of capital) and discount factor 17% (expected return). Based on the model prepared, using a funding scheme with 2 scenarios, namely that part of the investment needs are met with investment credit using a proportion of bank debt and investor equity of 65:35 assessed as WORTH to be implemented, with the result [a] NPV is positive, [b] IRR is greater than 17 %, [c] PI value is greater than 1 [d] Payback Period Value 8 years, or 4 years after the commercial year and the scenario of all investment needs is met with own capital is assessed as WORTH to be implemented, with the result [a] positive NPV, [b ] IRR greater than 17%, [c] PI value greater than 1 [d] Value Payback Period 9 years, or 5 years after the commercial year. text |
