At the beginning of the research, various turbulence models was ran and benchmarked on the simulation of two dimensional, steady, turbulent, incompressible flow over a backward-facing step case, and the result was compared to that of experiment. <br /> From twenty turbulence models that were benchmarkeca the k -6 RNG was chosen as the best turbulence model due to the closest to the experiment result and to be used to simulate the following cases. <p align=\"justify\"> <br /> The next simulation was carried on a 1/20 scale model of minibus on various speeds to investigate the aerodynamics characteristic, Le. the drag coefficient. The drag coefficient obtained from the calculation compared to the experiment data from wind tunnel testing. The discrepancy on the value of the calculated and experimental drag coefficient is within an error of 1.3%. <p align=\"justify\"> <br /> Finally, the effort of enhancing the minibus performance in the matter of aerodynamic drag reduction was investigated by simulating the modified full-scale model. Among the seven modifications simulated, there are three modifications that were successful in reducing the drag coefficient of the minibus model. The maximum reduction on the drag coefficient obtained was 30,63% on the case of modification on the front bumper. <br /> text
