There are no specific regulations governing electronic waste and no official secondary data is available from the Government regarding the generation and flow of electronic waste in Indonesia. This study aims to predict the flow of WEEE through the Material Flow Analysis approach to the household sector in Bandung City by adjusting the pattern of electrical and electronic equipment use in developing countries using the Delay Model method for 2020 and analyzing the economic feasibility of WEEE utilization facilities in Bandung City. Collecting data using a survey method with a questionnaire resulted in 412 respondents representing 412 households and 80 respondents in the informal sector in the city of Bandung. Based on the projection results, the total electronic waste generation in 2020 is 5,301.72 tons or 640,151 units and in 2035 is 18,236.71 tons or 2,403,344 units. Material flow analysis that is built with data on the percentage of treatment of electrical and electronic equipment that are no longer used and the projection results of electronic waste generation. Based on Material flow analysis, electronic waste used by the formal sector is minimal. It is necessary to increase the formal use of electronic waste in Bandung City because electronic waste has economic value and contains hazardous compound so that its utilization activities must be in accordance with regulations. In the scenario of the draft budget for the utilization of electronic and electrical waste facilities in this study, recycled electronic and electrical waste products are sold to substitute raw materials for the manufacturing industry. The results of economic analysis with the calculation of NPV (Rp59,602,694,593.15) and BCR (2.17), resulted in the conclusion that the investment in the WEEE utilization facility project in Bandung City is feasible. The payback period calculation results show that the facility will reach a balance point economically because the investment costs will return within 4.44 years. text
